The Senior Recruiter at Fuze Health plays a pivotal role on our Global Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a full-cycle recruiting professional to drive the talent lifecycle for critical exempt and technical roles, particularly within Technology and Infrastructure.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends high-level talent strategy with the daily execution of sourcing, screening, and market intelligence. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers in multiple levels of the business to design custom search strategies that yield results.
Ultimately, your goal is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and leverage deep sourcing expertise to attract top talent.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Full-Cycle Recruiting & Process Ownership
Role Definition & Scoping: Partner closely with Leadership across Fuze and within the Technology space and other key functions to define technical requirements, scope all exempt roles, and translate complex needs into clear job descriptions and success profiles.
End-to-End Management: Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting, scheduling, through candidate closing for all assigned technical and complex exempt positions, maintaining strong attention to detail and balance business alignment.
System Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance and data integrity by managing the recruiting process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), overseeing requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, and offer processes.
Structured Hiring: Support and champion structured hiring practices, focusing on objective evaluation and inclusive recruiting efforts across all phases of the lifecycle.
Funnel Optimization: Monitor key funnel metrics and recommend data-driven process improvements to optimize talent acquisition for high-volume, complex, and niche technical and exempt openings.
Logic-based Sourcing: Expertise in utilizing Boolean search methodology to identify candidates with specific, complex skill combinations across various sourcing platforms.
System Integrations, Initiatives, & Project Support: Act as the recruiting point-of-contact for cross-functional People team projects, ensuring successful integration of new HR/Recruiting systems, supporting key Talent Acquisition initiatives, and contributing to wider organizational and Talent Acquisition strategy.
Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Development (Technical & Exempt)
Expert Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies for highly sought-after active and passive candidates across both technical disciplines (e.g., software engineers, DevOps) and critical exempt corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, advanced Operations).
Proactive Engagement: Proactively identify and engage candidates using advanced searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms relevant to the specific role type (e.g., GitHub for Tech; professional forums for specialized exempt roles).
Pipeline Nurturing: Build, maintain, and nurture robust talent pipelines for immediate and future growth needs in both the technology business and across other functions in the organization.
Targeted Outreach: Craft compelling, role-specific outreach messaging to drive candidate engagement and build rapport with passive candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership & Market Intelligence
Stakeholder Management & Executive Partnership: Establish strategic influence, communication, credibility, and trust with hiring managers, including C-Suite leaders.
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with business leaders across Fuze Health to define technical requirements, scope roles, and translate complex needs into clear job descriptions and success profiles.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to align on expectations, required skills, and evaluation criteria for all technical and exempt searches.
Market Advising: Serve as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on current market trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to ensure a strategic hiring approach and highly competitive offers for both technical and non-technical exempt talent.
Guidance & Training: Guide and influence hiring teams through structured interviews, objective decision-making, and offer negotiation best practices.
Internal Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and People Tech/Ops to ensure seamless organizational alignment, competitive compensation, efficient recruiting operations and requisition governance support.
Technical Assessment & Candidate Experience
Technical Literacy: Possess the functional literacy to understand and discuss technical requirements and the Software Development Lifecycle without being a coder.
Initial Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess both soft skills and basic technical/functional competency relevant to the specific role (whether technical or specialized exempt).
