• Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting time to move and quality expectations • Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques • Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process • Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems • Support fair, inclusive, and structured hiring practices • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements that can be implemented at scale
