Job Description
The Senior Product Manager at FuzeRx is a senior individual contributor role responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This role sits within the Product Management job family and represents the highest level of product craftsmanship and influence without direct people management.
As a Senior PM, you will operate with significant autonomy, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale. This role is expected to set product standards, influence product strategy across domains, and mentor other Product Managers while driving measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx’s mission and business objectives.



Job Description
 

Key Responsibilities 

Provides a high-level summary of why the role exists and how it contributes to patient care, operational excellence, and strategic business outcomes.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, high-impact product areas, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and optimization
     

  • Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to company goals, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
     

  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements
     

  • Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation to ensure solutions solve real user problems
     

  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by clearly articulating tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes using data and strong product judgment
     

  • Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), using insights to iterate and continuously improve product performance
     

  • Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare and pharmacy environments and design scalable, compliant solutions
     

  • Serve as a product thought leader and mentor, raising the bar for product quality, execution, and decision-making across the Product organization
     

This role sets expectations early, aligns stakeholders on the value of the role, and helps candidates understand the mission-critical nature of their work.

Required Experience & Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and using product metrics to drive decision-making

  • Experience operating in regulated or highly complex domains (e.g., healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms)

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority

  • Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, GSuite)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data, or a related field

  • Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms

  • Experience with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities

  • Proven track record of setting product strategy at the portfolio or platform level

  • Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers and contributing to product org maturity

Additional Physical Job Requirements

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, frequently move around the pharmacy away from the computer terminal, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $[160,000 - $200,000

Location Requirement: 

  • Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
