As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you are the glue that ensures that launches are on schedule and risks are identified and mitigated. With your technical expertise, you will identify synergies across programs. You will work with several functions from sales to Product, Engineering to account management, and several others to bring structure to the software delivery process. You will seek opportunities to code, though you are not expected to code full time. An ideal candidate will work back from the customer and structure the deliverables by the customer value they provide.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, customers, operations, and engineers to gather and communicate requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
Develop and maintain technical progress against roadmaps and ensure alignment of technical implementation with the product and technology strategy.
Work with the engineering management to ensure that the software development mechanisms are continuously improving and adhering to the product development life cycle and structured Agile development practices.
A stickler for metrics and quantitative, if not, qualitative measure of progress, launch success, and impact to the customer.
Design, develop, test, and deploy features as an engineer and ensure the delivery of features is aligned with product initiatives.
A Bit About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with comparable experience in a technical domain.
5-8 years of experience working as a Senior Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineer, Engineering Manager, or a combination thereof.
Ability to code in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Golang, Rust, Ruby, C#, C/C++, or PostgreSQL.
Strong teamwork and communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers, management, and product owners.
Willingness to learn and grow: demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies, solve problems, and work with both engineers and product owners.
Working knowledge of software development techniques, cloud native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and development process frameworks such as Scrum and Agile.
Experience building and managing product roadmaps, establishing product vision, researching markets, gathering requirements, assessing both business and technical risk, and working with Product teams.
Experience utilizing technology to enhance planning and prioritization and using technology to improve engineering communication with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Pharmacy or related field. An understanding of the complexities in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Experience with Pharmacy and/or Medical claims processing including NCPDP and X12.
Experience working with Jira or similar tools.
Experience capturing actionable metrics and measuring success against demonstrable criteria.

Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Location Requirement: is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
