Director of AI & Digital Workforce Management

Role Summary
Responsible for operationalizing Bluprintx’s AI and agentic digital workforce strategy (BPX-OS). The role drives the roadmap for AI-enabled services, manages relationships with AI technology partners, and ensures programs translate into internal and client value. Works across sales, solutions, delivery, and shared services teams to scale adoption of AI capabilities across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the company AI vision into a practical roadmap and implementation plan
  • Orchestrate AI and digital workforce programs across internal teams 
  • Define and deploy persona-led AI agents that automate workflows and significantly improve productivity across internal teams
  • Manage strategic relationships with AI technology partners and ecosystem providers
  • Identify high-value use cases for agentic automation across marketing, growth, engineering, PMO, and shared services workflows 
  • Support commercial teams in shaping AI-enabled client opportunities
  • Ensure adoption of AI tools and processes across internal teams 
  • Establish governance, operating models, and best practices for AI deployment

Experience

  • 7+ years in digital transformation, automation, platform configuration  
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI or agentic workflows 
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, platforms, and emerging agent frameworks
  • Experience working across strategy, technology, and commercial teams
  • Ability to translate emerging technology into practical business solutions
