Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
- 3-7 years of experience in technology enablement, training, user engagement, or a related role
- Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Experience in administering various legal technology solutions preferred; experience with Legora, Copilot, Chat GPT, Draftwise, Kira, Litera Transact, Jigsaw, or similar applications preferred
- Skills and experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Teams, Box, iManage, Tableau (or QlikView, Microsoft Power BI) and Microsoft Office
- Experience or strong familiarity with generative AI tools, their application in legal workflows, and related ethical/usage considerations preferred
- Proven success designing and delivering technical training for attorneys and staff
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new applications
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written-communication skills; comfortable delivering training to attorneys and senior staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and ability to influence across teams and practice groups and communicate effectively with all levels of the firm in a professional manner
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Ability to effectively manage work to high quality standards, with a meticulous eye for detail
- Accountable, assumes responsibility for quality and timeliness of his/her work
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and execute tasks, multitask and meet deadlines
- Within scope of position, works independently using sound judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively with members of the Knowledge & Innovation Team, technical staff, and users at the firm.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
