• Lead the visual design execution for our marketing website and landing pages, from concept through final delivery • Design, evolve, and maintain our web design system in Figma, creating high-quality components, patterns, and layouts • Translate brand strategy, messaging, and complex concepts into clear, compelling web experiences • Partner closely with marketing to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing website improvements • Collaborate across the aisle with product designers and engineers to maintain consistency between the web design system and product design system • Work with engineers or external dev partners to support high-quality implementation of your designs • Manage your own projects end-to-end, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft
