Job Description

• Lead and execute global sales strategy, focused on enterprise customers • Drive and close complex, high-value enterprise deal • Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline • Leverage your network to establish strategic relationships with key accounts and partners • Work closely with product, technical and application teams to shape and win technically demanding deals • Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial structure • Hire, mentor and scale the sales team

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales within deep-tech, AI, or audio
  • Background in audio / AI / acoustics, with detailed understanding of audio technology market
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with large technology companies
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams and structure
  • Established network within audio, media and entertainment / AR/VR technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
