Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience working across Management Consulting, Strategy, or Operations. Bonus for experience working on hard operational problems i.e. supply chain, logistics, pricing, etc.
- Proven track record - you’ve owned business-critical programs and launched 0-to-1 initiatives in high-paced environments.
- An extreme bias-to-action - you attack every problem you spot full speed when others would still be having meetings about it and you take pride in the quality of your work
- Strong analytical chops - nothing can stand between you and getting a solution stood up whether it’s a back-of-the-envelope model in excel or an AI-powered data pipeline in SQL/python (it doesn’t have to look pretty, but you can’t be scared to try)
- An innate problem-solver - you thrive in ambiguity and excel at identifying and structuring problems, distilling complexity, and getting to action.
- A strong communicator - you can coordinate stakeholders across functions, align resources, surface risks, and keep teams rowing in the same direction.
