Part‑Time Guest Relations Representative, Remote
Schedule: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
This is a part‑time remote position with a consistent weekly schedule.

What’s On Your Plate
Answer guest relations calls with genuine care and concern
Document guest interactions accurately using our ServiceNow Guest Relations system
Use critical thinking and available resources to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
Route sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed (Risk, PR, Employee Relations, Crisis Team, etc.)
Partner with restaurant management to support successful guest resolutions
Use reporting tools to provide timely follow‑up communication to restaurant partners
Assist guests with gift card questions and reconciliation
Respond to social media messages to support guest recovery efforts
Review and classify concerns submitted through the Texas Roadhouse website
Follow up with stores, Market Partners, and guests on cases open longer than 72 hours
Your Recipe for Success
High school diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or guest services
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic approach
Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
