Part‑Time Guest Relations Representative, Remote
Schedule: Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
This is a part‑time remote position with a consistent weekly schedule.

What’s On Your Plate

  • Answer guest relations calls with genuine care and concern

  • Document guest interactions accurately using our ServiceNow Guest Relations system

  • Use critical thinking and available resources to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively

  • Route sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed (Risk, PR, Employee Relations, Crisis Team, etc.)

  • Partner with restaurant management to support successful guest resolutions

  • Use reporting tools to provide timely follow‑up communication to restaurant partners

  • Assist guests with gift card questions and reconciliation

  • Respond to social media messages to support guest recovery efforts

  • Review and classify concerns submitted through the Texas Roadhouse website

  • Follow up with stores, Market Partners, and guests on cases open longer than 72 hours


Your Recipe for Success

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or guest services

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic approach

  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
