Job Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product domain. • Lead prioritization and tradeoff decisions across multiple product teams. • Represent the product domain in cross-functional and executive forums. • Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers. • Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the product team. • Establish clear ownership, operating rhythms, and standards for product discovery, delivery, and execution. • Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality product requirements and use cases. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive solutions. • Monitor key product metrics and outcomes to assess performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and scaling teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Has prioritized and managed multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced R&D environment.
  • Successful track record in defining, delivering, and supporting software fixes, features, and solutions.
  • Proficient in both in-person and remote work environments.
  • Experience utilizing both Agile and Waterfall development processes.
  • Effective collaborator with global teams.
