Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to clarity, structure, tone, and detail.
- Experience producing a variety of content formats, including long‑form content (blogs, thought leadership, white papers) and short‑form marketing copy (web copy, ads, taglines).
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into compelling, easy‑to‑understand content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (such as WordPress), digital publishing workflows, and SEO best practices.
- Working knowledge of content performance and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with editorial style guidelines (AP style preferred).
- Experience in B2B marketing, financial services, fintech, or technology environments is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working with new technologies and tools, including AI‑assisted content development tools.
