Job Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate travel experience, with a strong focus on VIP and executive-level travel services.
- Strong proficiency in native GDS use (Amadeus preferred), including advanced experience with international itineraries, ticketing and exchanges.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to anticipate traveler needs and provide clear, professional, and personalized consultation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address immediate challenges while recommending long-term efficiency improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-pressure scenarios with professionalism, discretion and care.
- Experience working independently in an after-hours or emergency travel services environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of accuracy, follow-through, and service ownership in a corporate travel setting.
- Flexible availability to work a rotating after-hours schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong collaboration skills in a team-first mindset; committed to supporting peers and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Passionate about service and travel, consistently going above and beyond to deliver memorable experiences for VIP travelers.
