Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in content management, editing, technical writing, or quality assurance
- Prior experience working on government contracts or in a public sector environment is strongly preferred
- Strong command of English language and AP Style
- Ability to quickly learn and adhere to established style guide and design system
- Ability to understand nuance of strict style guide violations vs subjective edits
- Knowledge of QA processes and tools for testing content
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with content designers and writers
