Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 2+ years of Patient Care and/or Fulfillment experience, including familiarity with systems and technologies in use
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role, with experience delivering remote and hybrid training sessions
- Preferred: Leadership experience in developing training roles or department-specific training initiatives
- Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to make digital learning interactive and engaging
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements and renewal processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert complex technical information into clear, compelling content
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
- Willingness to learn and apply cross-COE knowledge
