Role Description
This role exists to help us build and scale reliable payment solutions that power our product ecosystem. You’ll help us deliver seamless integrations, improve payment performance, and unlock new market opportunities by translating complex business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
What you’ll drive:

Strategy & outcomes
- Contribute to shaping the payments product strategy and roadmap together with product and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment performance, conversion, and reliability.
- Analyse market trends and competitor solutions to support strategic product decisions.
- Define and monitor product and integration KPIs to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Discovery & decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and structure business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct customer and user research, collecting feedback to inform product decisions.
- Break down complex problems into clear solution approaches and logical steps.

Delivery & execution
- Design and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and documentation.
- Map and analyse data structures, APIs, and system integrations.
- Support backlog management by structuring product backlog items and identifying dependencies.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality product features.

Stakeholder & cross-team collaboration
- Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and implementation details.
- Visualise processes and workflows using BPMN, UML, or other modelling frameworks.
- Maintain clear documentation including Vision & Scope, BRDs, SRS, and user guides.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Experience working with payments or fintech products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
- Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of the SDLC.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience contributing to product strategy or roadmap planning.
- Experience analysing payment performance metrics and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with business process modelling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC).
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma.
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
