Job Description
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, text, or other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule and confirm reservations while accurately maintaining guest records.
• Provide detailed information about our waxing services, products, and promotions.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience and brand loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services, products, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across booking and CRM systems.
• Uphold brand standards for phone etiquette and service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and typing skills.
- Experience using booking systems, CRM platforms, and Excel (or similar tools).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving customer issues.
- Able to work independently in a quiet, professional remote environment.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
