Job Description
Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Dispute Specialist supports QVC and HSN, and you will be responsible for taking appropriate actions to avoid losses to HSN, QVC, and CBI by researching and analyzing specific incoming Credit Card Disputes.
- This position is onsite every quarter, and will be located at our West Chester, PA office.
Where You'll Work
- This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA office as needed.
What You'll Do
- Research & resolve disputes in all bank associations (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Branded Card)
- Process incoming calls and communicate with customers and banks through verbal and written communications.
- Assist with the mitigation of losses via rebills, recovered merchandise and identifying cardholder trends while recommending solutions for streamlining workflow processes to increase efficiencies and reduce liability for all brands.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations to analyze and diagnose complex charge back reason or possible compliance for accurate processing from a list of reason codes.
What You'll Bring
- High school Diploma or equivalent required; preferably with a focus on college-level business classes.
- Customer Service CliC trained is strongly preferred,1 year banking or merchant experience handling credit card dispute
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and basic knowledge/experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
