Job Description

Role Description

This role ensures that leads are routed, scheduled, documented and reconciled accurately. The position drives speed-to-lead, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound lead calls
  • Route leads to appropriate reps within defined SLA
  • Ensure accurate customer information collection
  • Create and maintain customer records
  • Transfer Customer to ISR Team, OSR Team, or office
  • Schedule Quotables (Field Leads)

Qualifications

  • Strong CRM experience (FieldRoutes, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales
  • Experience in pest control or home services
  • Familiarity with lead management platforms and call tracking systems
  • Able to work Remote
