Role Description
This role ensures that leads are routed, scheduled, documented and reconciled accurately. The position drives speed-to-lead, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound lead calls
- Route leads to appropriate reps within defined SLA
- Ensure accurate customer information collection
- Create and maintain customer records
- Transfer Customer to ISR Team, OSR Team, or office
- Schedule Quotables (Field Leads)
Qualifications
- Strong CRM experience (FieldRoutes, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales
- Experience in pest control or home services
- Familiarity with lead management platforms and call tracking systems
- Able to work Remote

The representative will serve as the first point of contact for members, resolving concerns, answering transportation questions, and ensuring requests for scheduling, modification, or cancellation of reservations are processed accurately and timely according to protocol. Responsibilities include documenting conversations, inputting accurate trip data, and escalating unresolved grievances to the designated department.
This role involves resolving complex escalated issues with high customer and institutional impact by acting as a single point of contact to research, analyze, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate business leaders. The representative must balance demands from multiple channels, deliver the CARES model, and document the resolution process for all investigated complaints.
