Role Description
Precisely is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support marketing strategy for the EngageOne customer communications portfolio, including EngageOne RapidCX, EngageOne Communicate, and related customer engagement solutions. This is a strategic, portfolio-level role responsible for shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the EngageOne suite.
- Partner closely with Product Management to help define the narrative and direction of the offering, ensuring clear differentiation and strong market alignment.
- Drive product launches, develop compelling content to support complex B2B sales cycles, and collaborate with the broader Marketing organization to deliver enablement, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
- Provide direction to less senior product marketing contributors to deliver a cohesive portfolio narrative and go-to-market approach.
- Focus on portfolio strategy, messaging, and enablement — not campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing for B2B software sales. A portion of that experience may be in Product Management.
- Excellent written and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and use cases that resonate with target personas, press, analysts, and the Precisely team.
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience creating core product marketing material such as use case descriptions, persona definitions, and product messaging documents.
- Experience creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating with other Marketing functions to execute them.
- Experience delivering a range of product content, including sales presentations, sales enablement material, webinar content, and eBooks.
- Experience marketing Customer Communications Management (CCM), customer engagement, CX, or enterprise communications software strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or telecommunications is a plus.
