Job Description

Role Description

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven Catholic who understands and supports the role of parents as the primary educators of their children. Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in the Kolbe program, especially Kolbe parents who have guided students through the curriculum and graduated their student(s) with Kolbe Academy. Successful candidates are relational, organized communicators who enjoy partnering with families to support academic planning, student progress, and long-term educational goals. The ideal advisor is self-directed, detail-oriented, and approaches advising as a vocation of service within Kolbe Academy’s mission of faithful Catholic education.
