Clinical Manager – Texas
Lead clinicians across Texas. Drive quality care. Build high-performing therapy teams.
We are seeking a Clinical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a large team of home health clinicians across Texas. This role manages clinical performance, supports therapist development, and ensures consistent, high-quality patient care across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate is an experienced home health clinician leader who understands Medicare home health, enjoys mentoring therapists, and can manage clinical performance at scale.
This is a fully remote position based in Texas with monthly travel within the state to support clinicians and local markets.
What You’ll Do
Lead Clinicians Across Texas
- Provide clinical leadership and support for PT, OT, SLP, PTA and OTA therapists statewide
- Partner with Clinical Leads to ensure therapists are supported and performing at a high level
- Serve as a key clinical resource for therapists navigating patient care and home health regulations
Drive Clinical Quality
- Oversee QA audits, documentation quality, and patient outcomes
- Ensure clinicians meet Medicare and company compliance standards
- Partner with Compliance and Quality teams when issues arise
Develop and Support Therapists
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new clinicians
- Coordinate shadow visits, competencies, and continuing education
- Manage performance improvement plans and recognize high-performing clinicians
Monitor Clinical Performance
- Review reports and dashboards to track clinician performance
- Address issues such as missed visits, documentation concerns, and agency feedback
- Ensure clinicians are meeting expected caseload and documentation standards
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
- 2+ years of clinical leadership or management experience
- Experience in home health and Medicare Part A
- Strong knowledge of home health documentation and compliance, experience with Kinnser and Homecare Homebase is preferred.
