Position Summary
The Revenue Management Solutions Manager partners with clients and internal teams to implement and oversee business development strategies for both internal and client-facing environments. The Manager provides insights and recommendations to optimize processes and ensure best practices are followed within Revenue Management Solutions. Acting as a bridge between the internal Revenue Cycle teams and clients, the Manager ensures effective communication and collaboration.The Manager monitors and reviews clients’ performance reports, presenting outcomes and actionable updates to leadership to support analysis and the development of impactful initiatives. This role involves managing projects that improve core functions or processes, overseeing the execution of strategic plans, and applying change management principles to support successful implementation.
The Manager works closely with team members and executives, providing guidance where needed and supporting department-wide objectives.
Essential Functions
- Provide business insights and best practice solutions for clients.
- Function as a liaison between internal Revenue Cycle teams.
- Provide results reporting and report outcomes
- Lead strategic projects that impact core functions or processes.
- Lead and/or direct teams, using change management principles to navigate transformational efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related area
- Masters degree in Business or related area preferred
- Five (5) years experience working in an operational, and/or financial functional area
- Proven project management, planning and execution skills
- Three (3) years experience in Revenue Cycle positions, prefer prior management experience

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
