Job Description:
Internal Communications
- Lead the global internal communications drumbeat, ensuring consistency, cadence, and clarity.
- Draft and distribute internal announcements, including sensitive organizational, policy, program, and culture communications.
- Manage executive internal communications, including messaging and alignment.
- Prepare content for Global Town Halls (GTH) and Executive Leadership / EEC communications.
- Review and approve cross-functional company announcements (e.g., HR, IT, Operations).
- Manage and update the company intranet.
External Communications TBD - This may be handled in house
- Support corporate and consumer PR strategy.
- Manage the U.S. PR agency (DeVries).
- Serve as a primary media point of contact.
Executive Communications
- Develop materials for executive speaking engagements, interviews, and thought leadership.
- Draft and manage executive LinkedIn content.
Corporate Digital
- Oversee corporate LinkedIn content strategy and execution.
- Support updates and content on BH.com
Crisis Communications
- Develop and execute communications plans as needed in response to issues or crises.
