Job Description:

Internal Communications

• Lead the global internal communications drumbeat, ensuring consistency, cadence, and clarity.
• Draft and distribute internal announcements, including sensitive organizational, policy, program, and culture communications.
• Manage executive internal communications, including messaging and alignment.
• Prepare content for Global Town Halls (GTH) and Executive Leadership / EEC communications.
• Review and approve cross-functional company announcements (e.g., HR, IT, Operations).
• Manage and update the company intranet.

External Communications TBD - This may be handled in house

• Support corporate and consumer PR strategy. 
• Manage the U.S. PR agency (DeVries).  
• Serve as a primary media point of contact. 

Executive Communications

• Develop materials for executive speaking engagements, interviews, and thought leadership.
• Draft and manage executive LinkedIn content.

Corporate Digital

• Oversee corporate LinkedIn content strategy and execution.
• Support updates and content on BH.com

Crisis Communications

• Develop and execute communications plans as needed in response to issues or crises.
