Requirements
Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Quiet, dedicated home office setup
Equipment Needed
- Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired high-speed internet
- Dual monitors recommended
- No Mac/Chromebook devices
