The Call Center Agent is responsible for accurately and efficiently answering calls received in the Contact Center while providing the highest level of customer service. This includes handling inbound calls within SLA, understanding patient/clinician needs, paging appropriate physicians, and accurately documenting information.

The Call Center Scheduler will support scheduling for an assigned healthcare specialty by answering inbound calls to schedule patients for procedures and addressing their concerns satisfactorily. Essential functions include accurately communicating scheduling changes, collecting demographic and insurance data, and utilizing professional communication etiquette.

This includes understanding caller needs, contacting appropriate physicians, accurately documenting information, and adhering to all policies and procedures.
