Job Requirements
- 10+ years in sustainability/ESG consulting or related domains.
- Proven subject matter expertise across several of the following:
- Physical and transition risk and opportunity assessments
- Financial impact assessment, aligned with IFRS
- Business Continuity or Business Resilience Planning
- Mandatory and voluntary reporting, including CA SB261, CSRD, ASRS, ISSB, and TCFD
- Demonstrated ability to shape propositions, standardize delivery, and lead QA in a matrix environment.
- Strong commercial acumen (pursuits, scoping, pricing, win strategies) and a track record of business development contribution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence without authority across executive, technical, and delivery teams.
- Excellent project/program leadership, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc/MBA) in a relevant field (Sustainability, Environmental Science/Engineering, Economics/Finance, Risk, or related).
- Experience building training programs and communities of practice; coaching and mentoring consultants.
- Sector depth in one or more priority industries (e.g., food & agriculture, retail & apparel, financial services, technology, and healthcare & pharmaceuticals).
- Network of industry relationships (clients, collaborators, data/tech partners, associations).
