Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Medical Receptionist to support a podiatry practice based in the United States. The ideal candidate will assist with front-desk administrative tasks while working remotely.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's cloud-based system
• Answer and return patient calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries
• Assist with patient intake and insurance verification
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous medical receptionist or front-desk experience preferred, ideally in podiatry or general medicine
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Experience with EMR systems such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, or similar
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time hours

• A 1-minute introduction video discussing previous experience in the U.S. healthcare field
• A valid ID
• A list of EMR systems you have used

Benefits

• Rate: $5/hour for the first 3 months, increasing to $6/hour thereafter
