Role Description
Join Our Analytics Dream Team: Contract Analyst at True Rx Health Strategists. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Contract Analyst to join our Analytics Team and help drive our contracting and RFP processes forward.
As a Contract Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Contract Manager and General Counsel to provide critical support in drafting, negotiating, and tracking a wide variety of agreements. You’ll also play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our legal operations and supporting the RFP/Bid process.
100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence for review and approval by counsel
- Assist in creating and updating our internal contracts playbook
- Coordinate contract review and approval with legal, implementation, and account management teams
- Track and manage document execution and contract status
- Support leadership during the RFP/Bid process
- Maintain and organize the True Rx Contract Database
- Collaborate across departments and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate is a plus
- Experience drafting or reviewing legal contracts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Experience with project management or legal operations is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
