The role involves owning the full customer lifecycle for strategic customers, from implementation through renewal, focusing on driving program success, utilization, and business alignment using the DX platform. This includes coordinating internal support teams, creating success plans, meeting renewal targets, and identifying expansion opportunities.
The Manager, Customer Success will lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational impact by driving client adoption of SaaS solutions and demonstrating visible value aligned with business outcomes. This role involves leading customer success strategy, executing growth initiatives through upsell/cross-sell, managing and mentoring consultants, and maintaining operational excellence in customer success processes.
The Patient Success Advocate will provide comprehensive support to patients and partners in the remote monitoring program via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and rescheduling appointments. Duties also include educating customers on technology products, conducting follow-up communication, and escalating complex patient concerns to appropriate care delivery teams.
