We’re hiring a Sourcer to support our growing talent function and fuel the company's amazing growth. This person will partner closely with our recruiters to identify incredible talent for our Finance, Legal, and People functions.
What You'll Do
Partner with our Recruiters to research, identify, and engage exceptional talent for our teams
Take full responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines that you support
Uphold the Dandy talent bar and convert leads into engaged candidates
Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder
Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their team's needs
Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview process
Develop creative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles across a mix of levels
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience as a sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates
Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
