Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent university-level degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with analytical instrumentation, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Agilent Spectroscopy systems
- Highly preferred: hands-on experience with ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and/or UV-Vis spectroscopy
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to travel 50% or more, based on the territory at the time
- Valid driver’s license required
