About the Role:
We are looking for remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join Fort Health’s clinical delivery team. As a Fort Health therapist, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day, providing exceptional care to kids, teens, and families while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team. In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families through our virtual care platform.
Build trusted relationships that make families feel supported, seen, and understood—you are the front door to Fort Health
Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Manage an up to date calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols
Participate in case consultation, peer learning, and ongoing clinical supervision to strengthen your practice.
Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists passionate about improving youth mental health.
Leverage cutting-edge tools, training, and data insights to enhance your clinical effectiveness and professional growth.
Bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to helping kids and families thrive—your work drives our mission forward.
What we are looking for:
Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses a bonus).
2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
Able to navigate Upheal, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
Passionate about providing direct care and owning a panel of patients for the foreseeable future
Availability to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30pm-8:30pm and/or weekends as needed
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the United States and have access to internet
What we offer:
Flexible Schedule and Compensation: This is a Part-Time W2 role. Fort Health offers a customizable caseload to suit your needs and circumstances. Part-time therapists are expected to spend 20 hours minimum with Fort Health per week which includes 12 hours of delivered clinical care and a mix of meetings and admin time.
Incentive pay program: The minimum required time scheduled equates to a salary of $40,000 per year. Therapists have the ability to increase their salary with our incentive pay program.They can add more clinical delivery time to their caseload beyond the minimum required hours (12) with additional clinical delivery time being further compensated. For example:
