About the Role
We are seeking an individual with a strong accounting and property management background to serve as an implementation consultant for our clients and assist with implementation services. As a Yardi Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering successful implementations, upgrades, and general business advisory services while fostering strong client relationships. The position calls for strong project management, client management, and client communication skills, as well as demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide software installations in the commercial Yardi space.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Yardi suite of products
- Execute project plans within time and budget constraints
- Capture accurate business requirements and apply extensive knowledge of real estate best practices while serving as an advisor to the client
- Gather requirements for data conversions and assist clients with preparing for data migration
- Perform system and business process reviews to identify inefficient processes, gaps in the system's implementation, and make sound recommendations for improvement
- Integrate client business processes into the Yardi application suite
- Manage system testing and rollout activities
- Deliver high-quality system training customized to the client’s business processes
- Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements
- Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth
- Support team members to execute on project plans within time and budget constraints
- Travel to client offices to support implementation projects
- Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant with clients’ policies, procedures, and processes
Qualifications
- Three-plus (3+) years of experience in the industry, preferably in a consulting capacity
- Three-plus (3+) years of experience interacting with customers while managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
- Three-plus (3+) years of experience working with Yardi Software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, Yardi and industry-leading 3rd party add-on solutions. Knowledge of core Yardi accounting functionality, P2P/Payscan, and System Administration required; some experience with Forecast Manager or Construction Manager is preferred.

Compensation
