Role Description
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Hebrew language experts with strong linguistic, cultural, and written communication skills. This role supports collaborations with leading AI research laboratories working to improve advanced AI systems through language evaluation, annotation, cultural nuance review, and quality assurance for Hebrew. Selected professionals will help evaluate AI-generated content, identify linguistic and contextual errors, provide structured feedback on fluency and tone, and contribute to improving the overall quality and reliability of multilingual AI systems.
Key Responsibilities

Language Evaluation & Annotation
- Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated text in Hebrew for fluency, accuracy, and linguistic quality.
- Assess grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and tone across a variety of language tasks.
- Identify subtle linguistic, contextual, and cultural issues in model outputs.

Linguistic Review & Feedback
- Provide expert feedback to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated content.
- Help define language-specific edge cases, ambiguities, and usage patterns.
- Support the refinement of linguistic rules and evaluation criteria.

Guideline Development & Documentation
- Develop and improve guidelines to ensure consistency across language review workflows.
- Contribute to structured documentation that supports scalable linguistic quality assurance.
- Help standardise best practices for evaluating Hebrew-language AI outputs.

Collaboration with AI Research Teams
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify language-specific challenges.
- Suggest improvements for datasets, linguistic coverage, and model behaviour.
- Contribute domain expertise to help strengthen multilingual AI performance.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and strong fluency in English.
- Strong grasp of grammar, syntax, semantics, and stylistics in Hebrew.
- Ability to identify and correct subtle linguistic, contextual, and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Literature, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide structured, analytical feedback on language quality.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Linguistics, Translation, Literature, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in linguistic annotation, translation, localisation, or content review (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI, NLP, or language technologies (preferred).
- Experience developing language guidelines, evaluation rubrics, or documentation (preferred).
- Comfort working independently in remote, project-based environments (preferred).
