Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role (planning, buying, supply chain, e-commerce, or similar - fashion + footwear a plus)
- Strong comprehension of retail math and e-commerce metrics
- Genuine passion for product and trends across categories
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Comfort using AI tools
- Ability to move quickly from data to decisions and manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Research skills: gathering and organizing data to provide actionable recommendations
- Scrappy, resourceful mindset with strong work ethic
- Bonus: Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau), Python, or inventory planning

The manager will focus on identifying potential industry partners, sourcing high-demand content, and aligning it with Company content strategy targets through targeted outreach and lead qualification. Key duties include initial partnership negotiations, proposal development, and coordinating the transition to account management after securing agreements.
The Business Development Representative will qualify leads from various sources, partner with Account Executives on outbound prospecting strategies using cold calls and emails, and proactively seek new business opportunities. This role is critical for setting up discovery meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline.
