Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing.
- High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
- Flexible multi-tasker, who can remain highly organized.
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume or healthcare/entry-level recruiting (ABA or BT recruiting strongly preferred)
- Ability to connect with candidates who may be new to the workforce or field
- Strong communication skills and a high-touch recruiting approach
- Comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping candidates start careers in ABA and behavioral health
Benefits
- Contract role (3–6 months) with potential to convert to permanent (not guaranteed)
- Location: 90% remote, 10% in-person for events
- Preferred Cities: Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Houston, TX
- Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $26–$28/hour
