What You'll Be Doing:
Applies project management methodology to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all activities across workstreams with varying priorities and available to meet project deliverables and milestones.
Proactively drives quality of deliverables as well as ensures timelines and milestones are met
Provides technical oversight of non-CRF data acquisition related activities through communication with multiple data providers and Clinical Research Organizations (CRO).
Assists in coordinating and overseeing all non-CRF data, applications, training, and performance of CROs across non-CRF data acquisition process.
Builds and fosters relationships with all stakeholders ensuring effective communication is maintained and project status reports are provided
Facilitates resolution of project related conflicts with necessary corrective action and alerts stakeholders to potential issues.
What We Are Searching For:
Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical or programming-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
5 to 7 years of experience using commercial clinical data management systems (CDMS)/electronic data capture (EDC) systems (eg - Oracle RDC / Inform, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc) or Interactive Response Technologies (IRT). Alternately, must have proven experience in all primary job functions.
3 to 5 years of practical project management experience with proven ability to facilitate and host meetings preferred
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (eg - Outlook, Work, Excel, Project, etc)
Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership
Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $80,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
