Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering/Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science), plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis
- Or High School Education or equivalent, plus a minimum of 12 years of experience in data analysis
- Data analysis experience at a decision-making level.

This role focuses on collecting quantitative and qualitative research by facilitating customer communities and forums to define strategy for Company stakeholder ecosystem. The analyst will provide insights and recommendations based on research and act as a liaison to CX partners to drive customer growth and retention.
