• Own digital integrations with external partners from beginning to end, including maintaining SLAs, and establishing detailed reports on integration progress and feedback • Analyze and understand business requirements from both technical and cyber underwriting aspects • Identify, design and document technology solutions that scale • Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions by working with customers and stakeholders, and identify necessary adjustments • Deliver multiple cross functional projects in parallel • Work with different team members and stakeholders representing all areas of the business across multiple timezones within the US • Regularly prepare and present content to stakeholders within Converge • Maintain Python GraphQL APIs to expose data to both internal and external stakeholders • Develop & maintain Python scripts to import & export data
