• Define, execute, and refine project and personnel strategy • Oversee multiple product teams and manage test leads • Implement and maintain best practices for testing methodologies • Oversee the architecture and implementation of test automation frameworks • Work closely with engineering, design, production, and other departments • Act as the primary point of contact for all QA matters • Manage submission and certification processes for console platforms
