Wolters Kluwer DXG U.S., Inc. seeks Performance Test Engineering - Product Engineer III in Riverwoods, IL.
Job Description:
- Assist in the development of performance test strategies and frameworks, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices;
- Participate in the execution of performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests, utilizing established tools and methodologies;
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and support initiatives for system optimization and enhancement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers, to integrate performance objectives into the product lifecycle;
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team; and
- Create technical documentation and reports, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Telecommuting permitted.
Education + Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field plus 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Performance Test Engineer, IT Architect, or related occupation.
Skill Set Requirements:
4 years of experience in the following skills:
- Performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter;
- Reading and writing in C#;
- Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing stored procedures in SQL;
- Creating technical documentation and reports for software applications and solutions;
- Mentoring junior developers, architects, or product managers; and
- Analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and pinpointing bottlenecks to support system operation.
Telecommuting permitted. 40 hours/week. $104,728 to $125,000 per year.

Compensation:
$78,400.00 - $136,975.00 USD
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
