• Lead the delivery of complex solution products that deliver meaningful value to our customers • Collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, define product direction, and translate business problems into actionable requirements • Refine and prioritize the product backlog, develop user stories, and guide Product Discovery and Product Definition efforts • Validate solutions and ensure alignment throughout the delivery process • Champion product quality by providing input on test strategy, test cases, and ensuring solutions meet or exceed customer expectations • Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with engineering, product management, customer service, go‑to‑market teams, technology partners, and commercial customers • Monitor product performance and usage, serving as the point of contact for questions, enhancements, and issue resolution across the product lifecycle
