About the job

Our client is a global market leader seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing team!

This is an exciting role that will be working closely with leadership, offering competitive salary plus bonus and work/life balance.

A hybrid role that is currently 100% remote but does require the candidate to be local to North Texas.

Responsibilities:

Budget production for each location

Data analytics tracking and analysis (expense caps, cumulative unpaid balances, occupancy termination rights, profitability analysis, etc)

Monitoring for quality control of monthly reporting

Leading finance authority supporting North American growth initiatives

Primary responsibilities will be providing financial support for locations throughout North America

Building owner point of contact and liaison for the Finance organization responding to inquiries and resolving disputes as needed

Interact with leadership team to optimize the growth portfolio and seek location specific feedback to respond to building owner inquiries

Personal Attributes and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting

2+ years in financial analysis role

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to think outside of the box when resolving issues with both outside business partners and the internal leadership team

Customer service orientation with ability to interact with external parties in a professional manner; proactive mindset

High proficiency in MS Excel

Real estate or property management industry experience highly desired
