- Assist with planning and organizing client arrangements
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and planning timelines
- Research and organize options related to activities, venues, and travel logistics
- Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Track planning details and maintain organized documentation
- Support the overall coordination process from planning through completion

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning and using digital planning tools
- Experience in hospitality, events, administration, or customer service is beneficial but not required
