Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Corporate role to support our growing organization. In this role, you will help drive key business initiatives, contribute to cross-functional projects, and support the operational efficiency and strategic goals of the corporate function. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, Operations) to support company-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, and research to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and communication for ongoing initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing documents for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • [1–5]+ years of experience in a corporate, administrative, or operations role (depending on level).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus.
