Role Description

We are looking for a Client Planning & Coordination Associate to assist with organizing and coordinating planning details for clients. This role focuses on managing logistics, maintaining communication, and ensuring planning processes run efficiently. The position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and enjoy helping clients bring plans together smoothly.

  • Support client planning and coordination activities
  • Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning timelines
  • Assist with coordinating arrangements related to events, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and service providers
  • Track planning progress and maintain documentation
  • Help ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear communication and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Background in customer service, hospitality, administration, or coordination is helpful but not required
