Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
Support Bswift technology implementations, in accordance with company standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation. This includes:
Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
Partner with project coordinators and other internal and external team members and clients as part of new implementation and ongoing client support duties
Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and discrepancy reports
Provide on-call technical support and responses to inquiries regarding EDI vendor feeds
Actively solve data production technical problems, working to reduce future technical errors by partnering with team members to discuss actionable resolutions
Routinely conduct analysis of data transactions
Make recommendations for the resolution of production problems
Work with third-party compliance approval
Quality and control management of Bswift
Training client HR partners on Bswift software and processes
Maintain Bswift system for accuracy
Audit excel and text files
Knowledgeable in Visual Basic scripts but not limited to that language
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the benefits management and administration industry
Excellent communication, project management, time management, planning, organization, and multitasking skills
Exceptional customer service with internal and external team members and clients involving email, phone and in-person communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Word
Ability to perform a variety of tasks while managing priorities to meet internal and external client deadlines within results driven environment
Ability to work well under pressure, especially during high volume client implementation periods
Ability to work with different internal teams to deliver results to clients in a professional manner
Ability to listen to feedback and adjust communication style depending upon the audience
Ability to think critically and develop creative business solutions to meet clients’ needs
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail
Immediate ability to build EDI files
Education, Training and Experience:
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, computer science, or information systems.
2-3 Years of application/system analysis/enrollment build experience preferred
2-3 Years of insurance experience
2+ Years of Bswift experience
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $38 to $42 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
