Shift Details: Office hours are from 6:00am-6:00pm, shifts will be within this time range.Job Summary:
Responsible for researching and resolving all unpaid insurance claims and following up on all customer inquiries/complaints related to unpaid balances. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years of business office experience in billing, customer service, or collections in a healthcare environment is required.
EDUCATION:High School diploma or equivalent is required.
