Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license and Board Certification in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM); high-performing Emergency Medicine (EM) candidates with a longevity focus will be considered.
- Longevity Expertise (Required): Demonstrated clinical focus or specialized experience in longevity medicine, health-span optimization, and proactive biomarker management.
- 5+ years of professional experience; with a strong background in direct patient care and experience leading clinical quality, training, or medical education initiatives.
- Instructional Design Savvy: Ability to create engaging digital educational content (video/multimedia) to train a distributed workforce.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Proficiency in distilling complex clinical data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
- Motivation to build in ambiguity: You are energized by a fast-paced, early-stage environment and are comfortable moving between direct patient care and the high-level strategy of clinical operations.
